Building a Quality Structure is the goal of every builder BUT too often some builders begin their Fine Workmanship in the final stages of the building process - the Finishing - the part that really shows!
During my 25 plus years in construction, I have concentrated on every step in the building process with great care, from the very beginning to the finishing touches. Quality Workmanship has to be the focus of the entire process.

I have just completed the Green Building Course and have been certified as a Green Builder by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We will be incorporating Green Building practices into our Buildings. The main goals of these practices are to lessen carbon footprint and increase Energy Efficiency. Realizing that today’s consumers want more Energy Efficiency and Lower Costs, it is the Goal of Breeden Construction to offer this improvement.
